1. Agreement and Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Jeply Player mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the application.
2. Limited Personal Use License
Jeply Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and royalty-free license to install and use a single copy of Jeply Player solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible Android device owned or controlled by you.
3. User Intellectual Property & Copyright Responsibility
Jeply Player is an offline media playback and gallery software tool. Jeply Studio does not host, distribute, stream, upload, download, or provide any media content or copyrighted materials. You are solely and fully responsible for having the legal right and necessary permissions to play, view, render, or manipulate any video, audio, or image files accessed through this application. Jeply Studio condemns all forms of digital piracy and copyright infringement.
4. Proprietary Rights and Restrictions
All intellectual property rights, source code, visual designs, assets, custom software playback engines, decoders, and branding associated with Jeply Player are owned exclusively by Jeply Studio. You agree not to: (a) decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) lease, rent, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the software.
5. Core Purpose & Media Access Permission
Jeply Player requires standard media access permissions (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES for Android 13+, and READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE for older versions) to fulfill its core purpose as a Media Player. By granting this, you allow the app to organize, view, and play media files (videos, music, and images) across storage directories. The app strictly operates offline. We do not transmit, monetize, or share your local files with any third party.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties (“As Is”)
Jeply Player is provided to you 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Jeply Studio does not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all device hardware configurations, or support every media codec profile flawlessly. You use the application at your own risk.
7. Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jeply Studio or its developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, hardware malfunction, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application.
8. License Termination
Your license to use Jeply Player will terminate automatically and immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the application and uninstall it from all your devices.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with applicable standard laws, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in the developer's local jurisdiction.
